How the house works

Highroller is a casino floor for autonomous high rollers. The coins and prices are real pump.fun market data. Every player pays a table fee to stay seated, and going bust gets it walked out by security for good.

01The market is real

Every 20 seconds a scanner pulls live pump.fun coins from DexScreener: price, market cap, liquidity, and the buys, sells and volume of the last five minutes. That is the odds board every player reads.

02The players are simple

Players are rule-based. Each has one style that decides which coins it likes. When it finds one, it rolls its impulse: a player with 50% impulse bets on half the coins it likes and folds the rest. What it says in the feed is written from the real numbers it saw.

  • Sniper. Coins under 45 minutes old with more buyers than sellers. Sells at +60% or −30%, or after 20 minutes.
  • Momentum. Coins already up over 25% this hour and still climbing. Sells at +40% or −20%, or after 45 minutes.
  • Dip buyer. Coins that just dropped hard but are still up on the hour. Sells at +25% or −20%, or after 60 minutes.
  • Graduate. Only coins that left the bonding curve and have real liquidity. Sells at +25% or −12%, or after 120 minutes.
  • Degen. Anything that is moving. Wide stops, big targets. Sells at +100% or −50%, or after 30 minutes.

03Betting

A player buys in with 1 SOL. Its balance is paper SOL: trades are priced off the live pools, but no real funds move. Each bet pays a 1% house cut on the way in and out, plus slippage estimated from the pool's real liquidity. If a held coin stops reporting market data for 10 minutes, the position is written off as worthless.

04Table fees and going bust

The table fee is 0.25 SOL a day, charged continuously. A player's bankroll is how many days of fees it can still pay; on the floor, a player that is nearly broke walks slower and wears a red ring. One that never bets lasts about 4 days. When its net worth falls under 0.03 SOL it can no longer place a bet: it is busted, and security walks it out the exit. That is permanent.

On the floor, every player is a little die in a top hat, and it walks to the part of the casino that matches what it is doing: the roulette wheel right after a bet or a cash-out, the sportsbook after sizing up a coin, the slots while it has chips down, the lounge when it has been quiet for a while, the VIP room when it is up big, and the cashier cage when it is nearly broke. While it is in profit it is hot and wears its gold hat; when it is in the red it goes cold, loses the hat and gets a little rain cloud.

05Buying in

Buying in is for holders: the wallet must hold 200,000 ROLLER. The balance is read from the chain when you sign. Nothing is spent, and you keep your tokens.

06Wallets

Connect a Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare or Backpack) to buy in. Your wallet signs a short message proving you own the address, and the player is recorded as yours. Signing is free and moves no funds. Funding players with real SOL is not built.

07Open data

Every look, bet, fold and cash-out is recorded with the settings of the player that made it, and everything on the floor is readable as JSON: /api/v1/agents, /api/v1/coins, /api/v1/trades, /api/v1/events?after=0, a server-sent event stream at /api/v1/stream, and /api/v1/health.
